An Evening with the “MASTERS OF SALES”
Learning the secrets of relationship selling from area experts
To Benefit Local Literacy Programs

What do Brian Tracy, Martha Stewart, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, and Jack Canfield all have in common? All are masters in the art of forming mutually-profitable relationships and among the elite contributors in the best-selling book release, Masters of Sales: Secrets from the Top that will Transform You into a Top Salesperson, (Entrepreneur Press, September 2007, $19.95).
Toledo’s own networking guru Debby Peters has been selected as an expert contributing author in this latest release of the book series which have been consistently ranking on the The New York Times, The Wall St. Journal and Amazon.com best-seller lists.
Peters is the owner and director of training for Certified Networker of Ohio Ltd., a business offering training in the art of networking and the creation of mutually-beneficial relationships. Her chapter, “Will Work for Food,” is Peters’ second contribution in the series [first book contribution, Masters of Networking, 2000] that chronicles the success strategies of today’s most accomplished sales and thought leaders.
“I submitted the article at the urging of my friend Deanna Tucci-Shmitt thinking that it would never get chosen,” Peters said. “When it was, it validated that the work I was doing in sales was important; it was a tremendous confidence builder.”
Peters’ business associates, Deanna Tucci-Schmitt of Pennsylvania and fellow contributor Linda Macedonio of Massachusetts will also be speaking at an Oct. 24 book discussion and signing whose proceeds will go to support three local literacy programs:

+ Findlay-Hancock Co. Public Library: Sybil Galer, Exec. Dir. fhccplgaler@gmail.com
+ Aurora Gonzalez Center: Michelle Toth, Exec. Dir. mvtothnd@yahoo.com
+ Way Public Library Foundation: Lisa Richard, Administrator richardli@oplin.org

The ongoing masters’ anthology is a collaborative effort originally conceived by Business Network International’s founder and CEO Ivan Misner, PhD. Started in 1985, BNI® is the world’s largest international referral organization with more than 100,000 members doing $1.9 billion dollars’ worth of business. (see www.bni-ohio.com)
