Catch the holiday spirit on Saturday, December 1st from 10 am to 6 pm, when Bittersweet Farms hosts their annual Country Christmas event. Admission is free. The whole family will enjoy riding in a horse-drawn wagon, listening to Christmas carolers, visiting Santa in his woodshop, and watching chestnuts roast on an open fire. Stay warm with hot chocolate, warm donuts, popcorn, and hot pretzels while the children experiment with cookie decorating and craft activities.
Country Christmas will help meet your gift-giving, entertaining and decorating needs. Select from a wide variety of unique arts and crafts made by the residents of Bittersweet: original wood items, shea butter, dream pillows, potpourri, grapevine and pine cone wreaths, bird feeders, pine wreaths and roping, grave blankets, yule logs, and much more. Why cook when you can purchase sweet treats from our holiday bake sale?
Proceeds from “Country Christmas” help support the programs of Bittersweet Farms, a local non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving people with autism. Proceeds from the Giving Tree will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for residents of Bittersweet.
