Join us Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at Brandywine Country Club (6904 Salisbury Road in Maumee) to hear Sharon Prueter, Senior Corporate HR Consultant from Medical Mutual of Ohio speak on “Creating a Framework for Leadership Development.” Leadership Development is an integral part of Medical Mutual’s talent management process and includes annual procedures for assessing individual performance appraisals, determining leadership potential, and developing action plans. Sharon Prueter will share with us the key components of this Leadership Development Program and how trainign fits into the framework and plays an important part in developing each level of management, from Manager to Executive Vice President.
