Tax Forms At Library Branch Locations

Posted Jan 18th, 2008 by Rhonda B. Sewell  Category: Community Interest, Toledo.com

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library will help simplify the 2008 tax season with easy access to important tax documents. From January to April, local library branch locations will carry most basic Federal and Ohio State Income Tax forms and publications for the public.

Area librarians will help patrons find the forms they need for the current tax season, the prior year, and even forms from other states, though they are not able to answer specific tax questions. Forms that are not available at all local library branch locations can be printed from the Internet using a library debit card for a fee of 10 cents per page. In addition, free tax information seminars will be held at some library branches. Specific information about these seminars will be released at a later date.

Available tax forms at the Library include:
IRS – Federal Tax Forms, IRS – Federal Tax Publications, IRS Forms Prior Years, State of Ohio Tax Forms, State of Michigan Tax Forms, City of Toledo Income Tax Information, City of Oregon Tax Information, and all other states’ tax information.

The Library is not responsible for loss of data, theft of identity, or sudden computer failures.
For more information contact the local IRS office at 4 Seagate, 433 N. Summit St., 2nd Floor, Rm. 226, Toledo, OH 43604, 419.213.5165.
