Blockwatch 422A will be meeting again on Thursday, March 13, 2008.
Meetings will continue to be held throughout 2008 on the 2nd Thursday
of each month from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.

The location is at the Memorial United Church of Christ, at 1301
Starr Ave, where it intersects with Plymouth St. Parking is next to the church, adjacent to White Street.

All East Toledo neighbors, business owners and all interested individuals are encouraged to attend!

Come & hear current crime stats and use this opportunity to report
what you see and ask for additional “eyes and ears”.
We all need each other to keep crime to a minimum in our

We may toss around some ideas about our Earth Day Neighborhood Clean-
ups and ask for volunteers to assist in keeping each of our own areas garbage in the road picked up and tidy. We would also be very happy to welcome any children, and/or youth groups, Scout Troops, and local teenagers (ALONG WITH THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS) to meet with us on the weekend before Earth Day, which would be Saturday the 19th or Sunday the 20th of April, depending on when the most people are available. If we can get enough youngsters to help, we might manage to get a photographer from the Metro press to come and take their picture for possible publication!
We would like to clean up or plant at Burnett (Starr) Park or wherever we vote on doing, that needs it most within our Blockwatch area.

PLEASE come to the Meeting on Thursday the 13th to sign up to participate! And then plan to also attend our April 10th meeting to pick up your Clean-Up supplies!

If nothing else, please attend to inform us of your neighborhood problems so that we may all help to keep an eye out for each other!
Hope to see you there!
