Coming Home II: Diamonds, Divas and Stars

This year marks the 75th Anniversary of Toledo, Ohio’s oldest and most prestigious community theatre. The Diamond jubilee is a year
where there is much to celebrate. The Toledo Repertoire Theatre continues to impress, educate, share and create beautiful memories on stage for patrons and students of all ages. Last year, a group
of dedicated past Rep performers put on a show called
Coming Home: A Benefit Cabaret and it was an enormous success. Thirteen performers, all of whom had grown up in the Rep and continued to find success in professional theatre, came back to the 10th Street
Stage to support the theatre that nurtured their dreams from the time they were young students. Patrons of last year’s performance enjoyed a beautiful evening full of song, dance, incredible silent auction
items and memories, new and old. The benefit performance and gala were able to raise nearly half of the education department’s operating budget. The cast was thrilled to be able to give back to a community
that gave them so much.

This year, a NEW group of performers will come back home once again to share in the magic of the Toledo Repertoire Theatre. Coming Home II: Diamonds, Divas and Stars will feature performances by Producers
Kirsten Kedzierski, Amelia Lefevre (Sheperd), Jared Lefevre, Katie Peters (Lindberg), and John Hopkins. Also gracing the stage are former Rep
perfomers/students Heath Huber, Reegan Chinella (Reiff), Melissa Condevaux (Calabrese), Gretchen Eischen, Matthew Bowland and Marcus Boni. The performance will feature songs and memories from 75
years of performance in Toledo and will celebrate its success with an exciting silent auction and reception prior to the performance. Silent Auction items are to include a weekend vacation at a house in Traverse
City, MI, gift certificates from area restaurants, exciting salon packages, and a signed poster from the cast of The Lion King, recently at The
Stranahan Theatre. In addition to those items, what Diamond Anniversary would be complete without some diamonds? Get there early to stock up on raffle tickets for a gorgeous Licata Diamond necklace, valued
at $3,500.00

Coming Home II: Diamonds, Divas and Stars will be held on May 10, 2008 at the 10th Street Stage. The reception begins at 6:30 pm and the performance is at 8:00 pm. Tickets are available on The Toledo
Repertoire website at www.toledorep.org. Please, celebrate this Diamond year with us!
