Summer Music Institute Finale Concerts: Session Two
Selected as one of the “best” summer programs for aspiring musicians by the Center for Talented Youth at Johns Hopkins University.
The Summer Music Institute is a program of intensive music camps designed for high school and junior high school students, sponsored by the College of Musical Arts. Starting from two one-week music camps in 1981, the Summer Music Institute has grown to as many as nine camps each summer.
June 19
* Piano: Finale Concert I. 8 p.m., Bryan Recital Hall.
June 20
* Piano: Finale Concert II. 10 a.m., Bryan Recital Hall.
*Steel Drum: Finale Concert. 1:30 p.m., Bryan Recital Hall.
June 21
*String Orchestra: Finale Concert. 1:30 p.m., Kobacker Hall.
All concerts are free and open to the public.
