Your Opinion Counts!

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library is proud to debut its first-ever online opinion survey, Your Opinion Counts! To access the survey, log on today to toledolibrary.org.

Nancy Foth, Library Branch Services Manager, said the online availability of the Your Opinion Counts! survey is especially helpful to patrons who don’t always visit an actual library location, because they can comment on Main Library as well as the branches.

“We’ve had more traditional opinion surveys in the past with telephone or walk-in surveys, but this reaches people that don’t always come in to the Library. We can get their feedback immediately online,” says Foth, who adds that survey participants can remain anonymous, unless they volunteer to give personal information.

Your Opinion Counts! is a national opinion survey program sold to libraries in the United States and Canada by a company titled Counting Opinions Limited.

Foth said the online survey is vital in order to evaluate the system, remain interactive with patrons, and measure customer satisfaction. She adds that the system can also evaluate and compare its survey results with other libraries who utilize the service.

Your Opinion Counts! is available in both English and Spanish. Info: 419.259.5207.
