The Certified Networker (CN) Program of Ohio will host a graduation celebration on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Maumee Indoor Theater, 601 Conant Street. The event, which is open to the public, will recognize 21 students who will join the community of more than 400 graduates of this word-of-mouth marketing training program. Three graduates will be named Most Valuable Player of their class and will receive a $50 check to be given to their favorite charity.

Debby Peters, owner and director of training for the Certified Networker Program, says that her goal with the training program is to stamp out cold calls and evolve a community of profitable referral partners. She and her team of instructors teach CN graduates to ask, “How can I help you?” when evolving a business-referral relationship. Peters also is a contributing author of the best-selling books Masters of Sales and Masters of Networking, which chronicle the success strategies of today’s most accomplished sales and thought leaders.

Currently, the 12-module CN program is offered at scheduled times throughout the year at Davis College in Toledo, Northwest State Community College in Archbold, Clermont College in Cincinnati, and at GreaterFindlayInc in Findlay, Ohio. For more information, visit www.cnpofohio.com.
