This hilarious black comedy in the traditional style of Monty Python and written by Eric Idle, was first presented by the Cambridge Theater Company and later played at the Globe Theatre. Pass the Butler makes its premier performance in Toledo! The story is about Sir Robert Charles, the minister of defense who is ill. He is later murdered in his country house and the attempts of a police inspector to discover who did it are the basis for this delightful English farce. This is the Toledo premiere!

An episodic play made up of a series of monologues read by several women, The Vagina Monologues is a celebration of female sexuality in all its complexity and mystery. Guest readers; Chrys Peterson – Channel 11 News Anchor, Julia Bates – Prosecuting Attorney and Lisa McDuffie – Executive Director of the YWCA. In this stunning Obie award- winning phenomenon Eve Ensler gives us real women’s stories of intimacy, vulnerability and self-discovery. This performance is done free of charge in collaboration with Owens Community College Center for Fine and Performing Arts. Donations will be accepted to benefit the YWCA Battered Women’s Shelter. Into a square little town in a square little state rides a guitar-playing roustabout who changes everything and everyone he meets in this hip-swiveling, lip-curling musical fantasy that’ll have you jumpin’ out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Don’t Be Cruel.”
Needed: Men and women from late teens to 60’s
