“Irish United of Northwest Ohio” is a newly-formed group from the local Irish community who have joined together to support the non-profit community in Toledo. They have made the Toledo Northwestern Ohio Food Bank, Inc., the recipient of their very first charity event.

The group is planning an Irish event, Raisin’ O’ the Green, which will include dinner and an afternoon of Irish music at Manhattan’s Restaurant in downtown Toledo on Sunday, March 1 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $25 each and include dinner, a drink and entertainment, which will include local Irish bands, dancers and bagpipers.

Please join us for a fun-filled event and at the same time help to raise money for a very important cause – hunger in our community. For tickets or more information, please call Ellen McCarty at 419-217-3715 or the Food Bank at 419-242-5000, ext. 213.
