We will be addressing the origins of yoga, the myths and truths about yoga, the most commonly used yoga words, health and wholeness benefits of practice, as well as other helpful information…. We will also have demonstrations and experience a gentle hatha yoga session. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move. Most people prefer layers. Bring a towel and yoga mat, if you have them. If you do not, there will be some available.
