Toledo, June 2nd, 2009: Enjoy summer evenings with an outdoor performance of Shakespeare’s classic comedy and watch as Helena strives to win the love of her reluctant husband, Bertram. One of Shakespeare’s darker comedies, this play contains complex characters and focuses on the theme of free will. Director Gabara has added a contemporary touch to this classic. Bring a blanket and a picnic meal and if it rains, come anyway! The company has secured the indoor Millenium Theatre next door so that the show will go on!

The play features a cast of nine actors: Brad Arner, Risa Beth Cohen, Dave DeChristopher, Kevin Hayes, Holly Monsos, Corinne Natyshak, Ben Pryor, Nikki Soldner, Pam Tomasetti With set design by: James S. Hill; costume design: Holly Monsos; Stage Management: Chloe Mockensturm; Dramaturgy: Ed Lingan; and Directing: Cornel Gabara.
