Posted Nov 23rd, 2009 by Kelly Goldman  Category: Sports, Toledo.com

Tickets are on sale now for the PBR Toledo Invitational, which makes its Lucas County Arena Debut January 29 & 30. This is the big show, where professional bull riders earn cash and points toward a slot at the 2010 PBR World Finals in Las Vegas!  Select adult tickets are $10 off now through December 15 and every single kids ticket is just $10, plus applicable facility and Ticketmaster fees.

“Times are tough for most Americans right now,” said Jerry Nelson, president of Frontier Rodeo Company. “We have two goals this year. One, to do everything we can to make it more affordable to bring your family to see the original all-American extreme sport. And two, to make sure that event is exciting and fun for the whole family, which is why we will bring the meanest bulls and some of the most competitive riders in the nation.”

Nelson’s Frontier Rodeo Company is arguably considered one of the top providers of PBR livestock in the nation and is one of the largest independent producers and promoters of PBR events in the U.S. Several World Champion bucking bulls have come out of the Frontier program and Frontier’s extensive background supplying livestock to the Professional Bull Riders Cup events guarantees that the Toledo event will be first rate.

The PBR Toledo Invitational begins at 7:30pm each night. All kids’ tickets $10 and select adult tickets are $10 off now through December 15. Service and facility fees may apply to ticket prices. Tickets are available at the Lucas County Arena box office and all Ticketmaster outlets, online at www.ticketmaster.com and by phone at 800-745-3000.

Who are the riders riding in this event and do you know what nights certain riders will be riding?
