Bubbles, Bubbles, Bubbles Tea Party @ Your Library!

The Toledo-Lucas County Public Library welcomes all lovers of tea parties and bubbles to its Bubbles, Bubbles, Bubbles Tea Partyscheduled from 6-7 p.m. on Monday, March 8 at the Sylvania Branch Library, 6749 Monroe St., in Sylvania, Ohio.

The Sylvania Branch will serve large helpings of fun, laughs, tea, cakes, games and prizes in recognition of National Bubble Week. The first-ever Bubble Week was held in the year 2000 and was initiated by Oddzon, makers of Koosh Bubbles. Their press release said, “The grassroots ‘bubblebration,’ to be inaugurated through events in markets around the country, was created to herald the first day of spring — the unspoken first day of the bubble-blowing season.”

This Library tea and bubble party is appropriate for ages Pre-K through fifth-grade. Registration is required and can be done by calling the Sylvania Branch at 419.882.2089 or by logging on to toledolibrary.org
