The American Cancer Society Bark For Life is a noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society’s fight against cancer. By supporting Bark For Life, you help the American Cancer Society save lives, and that helps us move closer to our ultimate goal of a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

So bring your best canine friend and join us for a fun-filled day starting with a walk, and then continuing with demonstrations, contests, and games.

The Bark For Life of Sylvania Presented by Sylvania Veterinary Hospital takes place on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at Pacesetter Park. Open registration at the event begins at 8:30 AM and the walk starts at 9:00 AM.

The only requirement to participate in Bark For Life is the $15 registration/commitment fee (per owner and per dog) that is due upon registration. After that, anything you can raise through individual, team, or online fundraising is graciously accepted.
