Free Concert Featuring Talented Youth This Sunday

TOLEDO, OH – St. Michael Lutheran Church in Ottawa Lake, Michigan hosts a free afternoon of music this Sunday, April 3 at 2 PM. This fine arts concert features musicians of all ages, amateur through professional.

According to Mark Gibbs, Pastor of St. Michael and organizer of the concert, “I’m excited about the opportunity to bring classical music to my people here at St. Michael Lutheran Church. Well-performed music from the great masters touches the heart with joy! And we want to encourage these young people to continue to grow their musical talent.”

The program will feature students ages 5-18 from the Toledo Symphony School of Music who will be performing solo works for violin, cello and piano. Select solo and ensemble groups from Whiteford High School will be performing as well as The St. Michael Brass Quintet and organist Mary Holtzen.
