Two local moms have started a new small business – the Kids Go Green
Consignment Sale. Kids Go Green Consignment Sales are large seasonal
events that offer everyone the opportunity to buy and sell brand new and
gently used children’s and maternity items.

The very first sale will be held Friday, April 27th from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday, April 28th from 9 am to 4 pm in the Junior Fair Building at the Wood County Fairgrounds in Bowling Green, Ohio. There is also a special presale on Thursday evening, April 26th, for our volunteers and pre-registered new moms. The sale will be hosted by Kelly and Laren; two young Christian moms with a passion for reaching out to the community while showing the love of Christ. “We have four kids between us and our idea to start this business came about as we searched for great deals on the things that we needed for our kids and a way to pass on outgrown clothing, toys,
and gear in a resourceful and efficient way. We are hoping that these
sales help local families earn money on the new and like new things their
kids no longer need and find tremendous savings on great items that they do

Additionally, at each sale they will be working with a local charity and
local families in need. Consignors can choose to donate their unsold items
to benefit those right here in Northwest Ohio. For the April sale they will
be working with Cherry Street Missions.

They chose the name Kids Go Green Consignment Sale because a consignment
sale is an excellent and easy way to recycle, resell, and reinvest to help
our environment. For more information and to register to consign or volunteer, you can visit
