The Toledo Ballet, Opera and Symphony Jazz Trio also performed.
Lourdes alumna Chrys Peterson served as Mistress of Ceremonies and Gray Wolves Assistant Baseball coach Tim Berta spoke to the audience about his experience as a Lourdes student – sharing how being a part of the Lourdes community has given him new hope for his future and how his sister has also benefitted from a Lourdes nursing education. ?
“Thanks to the generosity of the Lourdes Community, I am now able to pursue my academic goals while remaining close to a game I adore,” shared Tim. “After my terrible injuries and test results, to speak in baseball terms, Lourdes stepped up to the plate and smashed a game-winning Grand Slam.
