For over 125 years it has been the mission of the Toledo Area Humane Society to help the homeless animals and prevent animal cruelty in our community. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization we rely heavily on private donations, grants and fundraisers to help fulfill our mission and our success depends greatly on the support from our community. This outing will help us raise the much-needed funds for the animals in our care.
The Toledo Area Humane Society is open Tuesday through Friday from 11am – 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 6pm. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization they are committed to the welfare of animals by providing temporary shelter and care while seeking permanent homes. Donations from local individuals, corporations and monies generated by fundraisers and earned revenue are a major source of funding for the Toledo Area Humane Society.
