“Cash is king” has been a long-standing cry of all types of businesses. In this session, participants will develop a better understanding of small business cash flow beginning with understanding of the interrelationship of the financial statements and cash flow, cash management, internal controls, cash flow ratios, and breakeven analysis. We will discuss ways to create a business model that manages its cash resources effectively by utilizing management reports, planning, budgeting, banking and financial advisors.
The business person attending this 3 hour session, with Jim Weber, CPA, will learn the key components of cash flow management to generate cash flow; how to utilize sample budget forms; and identify and use key core business best practices for cash flow.
