Warm Up Your Winter at the Toledo Zoo

Hot Deals at Winter Weekends
On Saturday, enjoy ice-carving (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.) and Zooper Bowl (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.), celebrating all things football with gridiron games. Sunday includes an indoor inflatable bounce house. Both days feature fun shows by The Wonderful World of Bubbles (12 p.m. and 2 p.m. daily); Magic from the Land Down Under (1 p.m. daily); and Cabin Fever Feeds, where you’ll see your favorite animals chow down.

Animal Tales family program
Flexible times vary
Ages 3-4. Learn how to talk to the animals and how each sound communicates a special message in this three-part series. Sessions start on Feb. 5, 7 and 9, with pre-registration required; separate fee (Toledo Zoo member discount applies). Visit toledozoo.org/classes for details.

Sat., Feb. 9
Animals of the Chinese New Year family program
10:30 – 11:45 a.m.

Vineyard Adventure
7 – 9 p.m.
Sample Old Vine Spanish wines, graze on delectable edibles and enjoy sophisticated live entertainment, all in the Zoo’s cozy heated Arctic Encounter®. Hot Deals at Winter Weekends
On Saturday, watch ice-carving (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.) and Vanimal-tine’s Day (many animals get species-appropriate treats). Saturday showcases the Toledo School of the Arts Caribbean Dance & Drums (12 p.m., 1 p.m. and 2p.m.); Sunday features the Ballet Theatre of Toledo (1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.). Both days include an indoor bounce house, plus Cabin Fever Feeds where you’ll see your favorite animals chow down.

On Saturday, enjoy ice-carving (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.) Both days feature Magician Eli Portala (12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.), plus an indoor bounce house and Cabin Fever Feeds, where you’ll see your favorite animals chow down.

Sat. & Sun., Feb. 16–18
Free Admission to Lucas County Residents
Savor the fun of Winter Weekends (Saturday-Sunday) with free admission for Lucas County residents all weekend long, including Monday. Lucas County visitors also get Zoo coupons to use throughout the weekend, along with an offer for a free return visit in April. Thank you for supporting your Zoo!

Sat. & Sun., Feb. 23 – 24
Hot Deals at Winter Weekends
On Saturday, watch ice-carving (11 a.m. – 2 p.m.) and play in the somewhat silly Fami-lympics games (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Both days feature the Chris Clark magic and puppet shows (12 p.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.), plus Cabin Fever Feeds where you’ll see your favorite animals chow down.

The Toledo Zoo is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and is located on the Anthony Wayne Trail (US 25), four miles south of downtown Toledo. For more information, please visit toledozoo.org or call 419.385.4040. Lucas County residents are admitted free of charge each Monday from 10 a.m. to noon. ID showing proof of residency is required.
