Free Cyber Security seminar

Local business owners and those thinking of starting a business won’t want to miss the Cyber Security seminar scheduled from 5-8:30 p.m. on Thursday,June 6 at Main Library, 325 Michigan St. The FREE and open to the public event is presented and sponsored by SCORE of Northwest Ohio and the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library. Registration is required.

Scheduled presenter Rick Kissel, of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), will include the latest information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on ways to keep your business safe. Kissel is a nationally recognized expert and 20-year veteran in computer security, who writes guidelines for a variety of Federal agencies, including the Small Business Administration (SBA).
