If you’ve ever wondered what it might be like to completely satiate yourself with sweet, decadent treats for one evening without guilt or regret, then you’ll be bummed to know that earlier this month, the perfect opportunity to test your gustatory limits with a night full of aesthetic ecstasy occurred.

On June 6, 2013 from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m., the Toledo School of the Arts celebrated its 9th Annual Evening to Die For with an event that delighted and titillated all five senses. Colorful, engaging, and intriguing, attendees indulged in the taste of exquisite chocolates and mouth-watering desserts. They were also treated to live music and displays of art and sculpture by local artists, both novice and professional.

Located in the beautiful garden at the Toledo School for the Arts at 333 14th Street in Toledo, Ohio, the annual evening was held to honor volunteers and community organizations. Referred to as ARTners, these organizations and outstanding volunteers support the programs of the Toledo School for the Arts. The Annual Evening to Die For was our way to fete and honor them for their generous support and service.

Sponsors for this year’s delectable event included the Toledo Blade, Myles Baker Street, Glendale Flowers and Gifts, and Registry Bistro.

Mark your calendar for June 2014 to ensure that you don’t miss out on next year’s event!
