A gourmet dinner. Perfect wines. Sumptuous desserts. And a wild animal encounter. You’ll have it all at the tenth annual Feast with the Beasts, presented by PNC, on Friday, August 23.

The evening starts with a walk among the wallabies of Wild Walkabout, presented by Mercy. Guests enjoy upscale hors d’oeuvres near the exhibit, plus an exclusive animal encounter. No Zoo experience would be complete, of course, without visiting Baru, the huge saltwater crocodile brought to Toledo by Block Communications. At 17 feet long, he’s is the largest saltwater croc in North America.

Feast continues with a stroll to the historic African Lodge for an elegant five-course dinner, prepared by the Zoo’s executive chef and professional catering staff. Paired wines are generously donated by Heidelberg Distributing, and table decorations are donated by David Swezey Florist. The evening wraps up with a short, fun auction of Zoo-rifficexperiences and opportunities.

Net proceeds from Feast with the Beasts directly support the continued development of Zoo programs and exhibits.

A portion of each reservation is tax-deductible. Advance reservations are required to guarantee your space at this exclusive event. To make your reservations or get more information, call 419.385.5721, ext. 2091, or email robin.guidera@toledozoo.org. Details are available at toledozoo.org/feast.
