Labor Day Weekend Adoption Specials

The Toledo Area Humane Society and Planned Pethood are once again teaming up to help furry friends in our community find forever homes!

Beginning Friday, August 30 through Sunday, September 1, the Toledo Area Humane Society will be offering $25 adoption fees on all of their adoptable cats and kittens and 50% off the adoption fees of their long-stay and senior dogs.

All cats and kittens, plus several dogs at the Humane Society at 1920 Indian Wood Circle in Maumee, in addition to their adoptable cats and kittens at their off-site locations in Petco Bowling Green and Petsmart in Rossford are included in the adoption special.

Planned Pethood will also be offering adoption specials for their feline and canine friends this weekend! All of their cat and kitten adoption fees will be reduced to $25. They are also offering 50% off adoption fees for their senior and long-term dogs.

Planned Pethood will be holding their adoption events at the following locations:
Their cats and kittens will be at the PetSmart on Airport Highway on Friday from 6-8 p.m., on Saturday from 12-4 p.m. and Sunday from 12-3 p.m. Their dogs will be at the Petco on Monroe Street on Saturday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

All cats, kittens, dogs and puppies adopted from the Toledo Area Humane Society and Planned Pethood are spayed or neutered and have received their age-appropriate vaccines.

The Toledo Area Humane Society is open Tuesday through Friday from 11am – 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 6pm.
