Help Lucas County Children By Becoming A Licensed Foster/Adoptive Parent.

(TOLEDO, Ohio–December 9, 2014)—Lucas County Children Services (LCCS) is looking ahead to 2015 and asking individuals and families to make becoming a licensed foster/adoptive caregiver one of their New Year’s resolutions. The agency is again providing its free information and training classes at its offices, located at 705 Adams Street in downtown Toledo.
