LeSo Gallery, located at 1527 Starr Avenue in Toledo, in partnership with the University of Toledo Department of Photography, presents Looking Outward: The Photographic Landscape. Professor Eric Zeigler has challenged his advanced photography students to make at least 100 photos a week that define their meaning of a photographic landscape. Students explored their personal relationships with the world around them via a wide range of photographic styles and techniques. Each student’s body of work conveys their own definition of landscape using traditional and nontraditional methods depicting environmental, sociological, psychological, nostalgic and abstract subject matter.

The sixteen photos exhibited were handpicked of the 11,000 photographs that were taken this semester. Looking Outward: The Photographic Landscape is a culmination of the student’s hard work and is representative of each student’s diverse landscape.

One-Night Event Opening: Friday December 19th, 2014 7-9pm

Parking is available along Starr Ave and across the street at the Toledo Sports Center.
