Kombucha on Tap at the Paula Brown Pub

We will be featuring Kombucha on two taps from Boochy Mama’s MycoBotanical Tonic. Treat yourself to a pour of the Fairytale (chamomile, rose, hibiscus, mint, reishi) or the La Pachamama (blueberry cardamom, lavender, vanilla, yerba mate, chaga). Both of these flavors will also be featured in specialty kombucha cocktails. DJ BENNY GOODTIMES will be providing rare grooves and warm vibes in the beer garden. Big C’s food truck will be serving their signature BBQ from their log cabin food truck.

Kombucha is a fermented tea known for it’s probiotic health benefits and effervescence. It is said to originate in ancient China and maintains cultural traditions in Russia and Japan as well. The fermentation is a product of a Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY) this culture feeds on the sugar and caffeine in tea, turning those into charming probiotics that allow our organs to thrive.
