St. Francis de Sales Thanksgiving Baskets

Invitation to media representatives to join us for this annual event:

St. Francis de Sales School continues its long-standing tradition of delivering Thanksgiving baskets to families in our community. The day will begin with an all school mass and blessing of the baskets on Tuesday, November 24th in our school gym from 9:30am– 10:30am.
Immediately following mass, our students along with a parent driver, will load 50 baskets and deliver them out into the community. The delivery is a time to connect our students with those less fortunate.
It has been an experience that each young man cherishes for years to come. We are proud to continue working in our community for such a worthy cause. Our students collect non-perishables in their classroom several weeks prior to delivery. Perishables are added directly before delivery. Additional items are added to the community food bank for their winter needs.
