[Toledo, Ohio, Dec. 29, 2015] – Residents of Northwest Ohio can now lift, tone, burn at Pure Barre’s newest franchise location in Toledo. Pure Barre is the nation’s largest and fastest growing barre concept with more than 300 studios across the United States and Canada. This studio will be the first Pure Barre in Northwest Ohio with an opening date of Jan. 11, 2016.

Since it began franchising in 2009, Pure Barre has exploded in popularity and introduced its innovative and effective technique in more than 300 studios across the United States and Canada. Using small isometric movements, Pure Barre is a 55-minute, full-body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs and arms and burns fat in record-breaking time. The Pure Barre technique works each muscle group to fatigue, then stretches them back out to create long, lean physiques without bulk. The technique is low-impact, making it safe and ideal for clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds.

“We are thrilled to open our newest studio in Toledo and bring the excitement and results of Pure Barre to its residents,” said Sloan Evans, Chief Executive Officer of Pure Barre. “The continued growth of Pure Barre studios across the country is a testament to the workout’s ability to quickly transform clients’ bodies, and we couldn’t be happier to bring this experience to Toledo.”

As a recent transplant to Toledo (previously residing in Colorado and Arizona), studio owner Mo Sheahan said: “Pure Barre has forever changed my outlook and body for the better, and I can’t say enough good things about the technique. When I moved here in 2012, I quickly fell in love with Toledo as my new home, but the one thing missing was a Pure Barre. I’m thrilled to bring the workout to Toledo, and am tremendously encouraged by the support and excitement we’ve received from this community.”

Pure Barre Toledo is located at 3157 W. Central Avenue in West Toledo’s Cricket West shopping center, near the intersection of Central Avenue and Secor Road. The studio will offer 36 classes a week at the onset, in addition to several lines of high-end fitness apparel. The newly renovated space incorporates work from local artists, including a mural by Mr. Taylor, well-known muralist of the popular Love Wall and many other public works, as well as prints from local photographer Andrew Weber.

Prior to its opening, Pure Barre Toledo is offering a pre-opening special of five weeks of unlimited classes for $99, a $250+ value. The package can be purchase by clicking the following link, and is only available until midnight on Jan. 10, 2016: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/ws?studioid=277327&stype=41&sTG=22&prodId=465.

About Pure Barre Toledo’s Owner, Mo Sheahan:
As a lifelong runner and active yogi, Mo was first introduced to Pure Barre in Denver, Colo., in 2009 when she was looking for something to boost her active pursuits. Unexpectedly, she found that not only did Pure Barre support her cross-training efforts, but it strengthened her ability as a runner and she became forever hooked to the challenge and the results achieved with this total-body workout. Combining her barre addiction with 15 years of experience in corporation communications/public relations, management experience at lululemon athletica, her role as a running coach and accomplished runner on Dave’s Running Shop’s Racing Team, and her love for the Toledo community (a founding member of Love Letters to Toledo), Mo is thrilled to introduce Northwest Ohio to its first Pure Barre studio.
