2016 Ohio Council of Criminal Justice Education (OCCJE) Conf.

Lourdes University and the Department of Sociology and Justice Studies are pleased to host the 2016 Ohio Council of Criminal Justice Education (OCCJE) Conference on Friday, April 15. Dr. Dale Lanigan, Chair of the Lourdes University Department of Sociology and Justice Studies is OCCJE President. Keynote speaker for the conference is Lucas County Sheriff John Tharpe.

The morning introduction session and keynote address and luncheon will take place in the Ebeid Center. Morning and afternoon breakout sessions will occur in Mother Adelaide and Russell Ebeid Halls on the Lourdes campus, 6832 Convent Blvd., in Sylvania.
Students from a number of schools will present on a variety of research topics. Institutions represented include Bowling Green State University, Cedarville University, Defiance College, Lourdes University, Notre Dame College, Ohio Northern University, Tiffin University, the University of Akron, and Youngstown State University.
