Toledo Area Humane Society Gears up for First Bark in the Park at New Facility on May 22!

Toledo, OH – The Toledo Area Humane Society celebrates their first Bark in the Park at their new shelter on May 22, 2016.

Bark in the Park Walk for the Animals is one of the Toledo Area Humane Society's largest fundraising events and attracts more than 2,000 walkers each year. The humane society hopes to make this event their largest one to date as it is the first one at their new shelter. The donations raised help care for over 6,000 animals that pass through the shelter every year. Fetch your sneakers and grab a furry friend for a 1.25 mile journey around TAHS’s new neighborhood in Maumee, Ohio.
