The Newly Christened Royal Panes Go for a Roller Derby Win
Roller Derby Double Header on September 24, 2016

Toledo, Ohio: The Glass City Rollers, Toledo’s premiere women’s flat track roller derby team is excited to take on two teams in a double-header, pitting the All Stars against the South Bend Derby Girls and Royal Panes against the Downriver Muscle. The third bout of our seventh season will be held at the air-conditioned Skyway Rec Center (former International Boxing Club on 525 Earlwood Ave., Oregon, OH 43616. Doors open at 4:00 pm and the first bout starts at 5:00 pm. As always, roller derby bouts are family friendly events, and our charity for this bout is the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Advance tickets are only $12 and $15 at the door. Kids 10 and under get in free with a paid adult.

In addition to watching these powerful women compete on the track, we will have Glass City Roller merchandise available for purchase, concessions with adult beverages, and a table set up for donations to the JDRF. The proceeds from the 50/50 raffle (drawing held between bouts) will also go to support the JDRF.
