A celebration of Carpatho-Russian foods and culture, now in our 61st year. Divine Liturgy at 9:30 am; festival opens immediately after. Foods include halupki (cabbage rolls), perogies, halushki (cabbage and noodles), kolbasi, pagach (Slavic pizza), and more. Old World baked goods such as kolach (nut and poppyseed rolls), kolachky, and baklava. Herman Halupkiā€™s Craft Fest with 35+ vendors. Tours of oldest Orthodox church in Ohio. Rusyn pysanky (Easter egg decorating) demonstration by Helen Jean Cooley, Orthodox religious items, refreshments, raffles, fun for the kids (bounce;face painting; Sillie Tillie the Clown). Live polka music with the Frank Moravcik and Wayne Golob Bands alternating throughout the afternoon. Wooden dance floor. FREE admission and parking.
