Learn and Refine Kettlebell Ballistic Moves!
$40 for Four Saturdays, 10:30-11:30am: Oct. 7, 14, 21, 28

Why Kettlebells? It’s the Total Package — When we think of getting stronger, we tend to think ‘lifting weights’; When we think of increasing our cardio fitness, we usually think ‘running, biking, swimming’; When we think of becoming more flexible, most of us think ‘yoga’, but Kettlebells does it all!

“Ballistics” are dynamic, explosive, multi-joint exercises performed within a wide range of motion. Ballistics incorporate a large number of muscles and muscular chains providing overall strength training, a core challenge, and a cardio workout.

Advanced Registration Required. Prerequisite: Proficiency of the foundation moves of swing & squat. If in doubt, check with instructor: joe@joesyogafitness.com
