Packo’s Participates in Paranormal ‘Lockdown’

In anticipation of Halloween Toledo’s most iconic eatery will be the scene of some ghostly goings-on when a small group of brave souls find themselves “locked in” at Tony Packo’s®.

On Thursday, October 26th after the Original Packo’s on Front St. closes for the day, local event promoter Dustin Rybka will be joined by Packo’s staff members and a few friends to look in to rumors of hauntings at the famous restaurant. Packo’s has hosted three separate paranormal investigations in the past, but this will be the first time that such an event will be broadcast real-time on Facebook Live @HalloweenToledo.

Curious phantom fans will be treated to stories of Packo’s history and food during the fun event, as well as a demonstration of ghost hunting equipment from a local investigator. The entire broadcast will last 1-2 hours and begin shortly after the restaurant closes at 10pm. There will also be related online updates on both Snapchat and Instagram.

The spooky Thursday evening at Packo’s will also serve as a lead-in to a larger event, Halloween Toledo 2017, also known as “Toledo’s Biggest Halloween Party” and of which Packo’s is a sponsor. Halloween Toledo 2017 will be held Saturday, October 28th at Signal Nightclub, 3922 Secor Road in Toledo. Doors open at 8pm.
