TARTA Ready to Launch UT Fall Semester Campus Service

(Toledo, Ohio) On Monday, August 27, 2018, TARTA will begin providing The University of Toledo Campus Services with start of its fall semester. Since TARTA started the service agreement with UT on July 25, 2018, students, faculty, and staff with a valid UT ID may ride free of fare throughout the TARTA service area. UT students will continue to drive buses for the campus-only services.

UT Fall Semester 2018 Service Updates:
BLUE – School Days Only, No Summer Service, Main Campus, The University of Toledo: Lancelot Thompson Student Union; Center for Performing Arts; Driscoll Alumni Center; Transportation Center; Gateway Plaza; Palmer Hall; Rocket Hall
Monday-Thursday, 6:55 a.m.-7:47 p.m.
Friday, 6:55 a.m.-5:47 p.m.

GOLD – School Days Only, No Summer Service, Main Campus, The University of Toledo: Lancelot Thompson Student Union; Center for Performing Arts; Driscoll Alumni Center; Transportation Center; Gateway Plaza; Palmer Hall; Rocket Hall
Monday-Thursday, 7:35 a.m.-10:05 p.m.
Friday, 7:35 a.m.-7:35 p.m.

SCOTT – Operates School Days and Sundays, No Summer Service, Main/Scott Park/The Flats
Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Friday, 7:30 a.m.-9:10 p.m.
Saturday, 10:25 a.m.-5:15 p.m.
Sunday, 10:25 a.m.-10:45 p.m.

TARTA routes covering UT Campuses:
– UT-ART routes via Main Campus are now part of TARTA route 28.
-Additional coverage by TARTA route 3 covers Brookview Drive via Airport Highway; Food Town on Central Avenue via UT Transit Center, Palmer Hall, and Douglas Road; and routing changes at UT Health Science Campus for improved access via Glendale Avenue.
-UT ID holders can ride TARTA free to Walmart—Central Ave via route 3 and Glendale Ave via route 28; Franklin Park Mall is accessible by way of UT Main Campus via routes 3, 5, and 22. TARTA Route Index
