Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce Presents Arbor Day Tree Plant in Tree City

The Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce Presents the 2nd Annual “Here We Grow Again” Arbor Day Tree Plant in Sylvania (Tree City USA) at Toledo Memorial Park. The Chamber is “planting roots” of 18 new trees in Toledo Memorial Park in honor of 18 new businesses and organizations that chose to “plant roots” in Sylvania in 2018.

The event will take place on Friday, April 26th at Toledo Memorial Park located at 6382 Monroes Street in Sylvania at 12:30pm. The ceremony will include an official cry from Sylvania’s Town Crier and recognition of the 18 businesses.

The businesses include California Yoga, The Next Sweet Thing, 9Round Sylvania, Healthy Family Chiropractic, First Federal Bank and First Insurance Group, Harbor Behaviorable, CSW, Tony Packo’s, Inside the Five Brewing, Newcomer Funeral Home, Sylvania Recreation Pickleball Courts, Guy in the 419, Hudson Gallery, Wildwood Anglers, Fairway Independent Mortgage, Shay’s Carpet, Josina Lott, and Kroger.

The purpose of The Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce is to promote the progress, expansion, well-being and improvement of the Sylvania area business, professional and civic community. Membership in the Chamber offers numerous opportunities and benefits, but more importantly, it signifies support of and a commitment to the entire community. We strive to plan for a successful business and professional community and yet maintain the uniqueness and charm of Sylvania.
