Maumee Senior Center offers Free Tassel Jewelry Making Class Oct. 23rd at 5:30.

MAUMEE, OH –Maumee Senior Center is pleased to present “Tassel Jewelry Making.”
The program is held at Maumee Senior Center, located at 2430 S. Detroit Avenue on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. This event is open to the public regardless of age.
The class is presented by the Maumee Senior Center and the Toledo Lucas County Public Library. Join us to learn the secrets of this current trend in costume accessories as we create our own tassels and incorporate them into pieces of jewelry.
Allison Fiscus, Library Manager and experienced jewelry maker will teach you with simple steps to make great pieces. Make your choice of a lovely bracelet or a set of earrings. There is no fee for the class, but you must register by calling Maumee Senior Center at 419-893-1994.
The mission of the Maumee Senior Center is to create an atmosphere, which affirms the dignity and self-worth of the older population by serving their physical, emotional, and economic well-being while encouraging their independence and continued participation in the community.
