AWC Luncheon to Feature Guest Speaker Shenikwa Stratford Sept. 13
Please join the Association for Women in Communications in welcoming NBC 24 news anchor Shenikwa Stratford as she gives a personal reflection on getting into the business, sacrifices one makes, duty to the public and faith in yourself. She will also discuss her perspective on being a younger anchor in Toledo, balancing work, job, and community involvement, and offer advice to women who may be interested in getting into the media arena. Shenikwa anchors the 6, 7, 7:30, and 11 p.m. news.
