Toledo Gem & Rockhound Club Open House
Just in time for Christmas!
The Toledo Gem & Rockhound Club is featuring its Annual Fall Open House on Saturday and Sunday, November 15 and 16, 2008.
The event is held at the Toledo Botanical Gardens, 5403 Elmer Drive in Toledo at the Conference Center from 10 am -5 pm both days.
It is free to the public and offers demonstrations in lapidary arts and silversmithing, free classes in gemtree making and beading as well as club members displays and tables of completed work, rock and mineral specimens and more available for sale.

The TG& RC is a longtime resident artist group of the Toledo Botanical Gardens. We offer two Open Houses at the Gardens each year, May and November, to offer the public a look at what we have to offer. Small groups within the Club include: Gemcrafters, Metalacrafters, Beaders, Faceteers and more. Other Garden Activities in which we participate include Crosby Festival of the Arts, Sundays in the Gardens, Arts in the Garden and Heralding the Holidays. Regular Club Meetings are the third Wednesday of each month, 7PM and the TBG Conference Center.
