Voodoo Libido and Locoweed play for Feed Your Neighbor
It's that time of year to gather with friends and family, and to count your blessings. In the spirit of the season, Voodoo Libido, Locoweed and special guests perform Wednesday November 26 at Packo's at the Park, beginning at 7:00pm.
The evening is a fundraiser for Feed Your Neighbor, a program administered by Toledo Area Ministries. In 2007 FYN provided over 61,000 packages city-wide of nonperishable food items and household supplies. Specifically, this event will replenish the FYN pantry at Augsburg Lutheran Church which serves the 43612 zip code area, and which in 2007 accounted for almost 9,000 of the city-wide total.
Cash Donations and non-perishable food items will be accepted. Otherwise, the event is free, open to the public and an all-ages show. Event time is 7:00pm to 11:00pm. Packo's at the Park is located at 7 South Superior Street. The phone number is 419-246-1111. To confirm information in this press release, please contact Larry Meyer by email or at 419-410-1117.
