Evening of Rest & Rejuvenation for Sexual Abuse Survivors
Are you tired yet? Do you finally understand you need to take care of yourself?
Come meet other women who are incest or child sexual abuse survivors that are tired like you and want to reinvent their lives. You'll learn about "The Acceptantances, Trigger Busters, and The Promises and Permissions" as outlined in the book There IS Happiness After Incest And Child Sexual Abuse. You'll also have opportunity to sample mood and health changing foods with Lise Bowe, yoga with Cheryl Ramon, and "journey" work with Karen Kimminec.
This 3-hour experience will be held February 26th from 6pm to 9pm at Elizabeth House, 3837 Secor Road (on Notre Dame Academy property).
