The Old West End Festival ArtFair is accepting applications for local artists and craftsman to participate in the 2009 ArtFair, Saturday and Sunday, June 6th & 7th. Located next to the Toledo Museum of Art's Glass Pavilion, the ArtFair will feature local artists, a children's activity area, entertainment and concessions.
