Hatha Yoga Classes at Unity of Toledo!
Join Presence Yoga, ltd for hatha yoga classes at Unity of Toledo! Sessions are offered to meet the needs of all levels of practice. All classes begin with gentle warm ups, a period of holding yoga postures (asanas), and a guided relaxation at the end. The “Morning Stretch” is a very peaceful way to start your day; no experience is necessary. “Yoga Foundations” is a gentle hatha yoga class geared for all levels of experience. “Slow Flow Yoga” incorporates more breath with movement and is appropriate for the active beginner to the more experienced. Classes begin May 4th, and are offered Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Unity of Toledo is located at 3535 Executive Pkwy, Toledo, Ohio.
