Variety Show Art Exhibition
Space 237 is embracing the diversity of artistic styles and medium in their next art exhibition by titling it "Variety Show". The show runs from October 16, 2009 to January 2, 2010.
Opening night is Friday, October 16, 7:00-10:00 pm. Murrow's Boys will provide live musical entertainment, Robert Fletcher (Fletch) will do readings of his poetry, there will also be refreshments.
There will be art in both the 1st floor and 4th floor galleries. The media represented is acrylic & oil paintings, photography, mixed media sculpture, ceramics & digital prints.
There is also a small exhibit of artwork on the 3rd floor by students from the Magnolia School, Jefferson, LA which works with adults with develpmental disabilities.
