National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week
Toledo- Celebrate the lifesaving work of Animal Shelters with Holly Farms Animal Care Center. National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week is officially recognized the first full week of November each year. This popular event seeks to recognize the indispensable role that animal shelters play in maintaining the safety and health of a community, for all its residents.
In recognition of National Animal Shelter Appreciation Week, Holly Farms Animal Care Center will honor various shelters by having a month long food and supply drive. Holly Farms is asking the citizens of Toledo to take a closer look at the valuable role their animal shelters play in enhancing the quality of life in their community. Shelters such as the Toledo Area Humane Society and the Toledo Animal Shelter provide many services and programs but can't do it without the support from the Toledo Community residents.
We invite everyone to join Holly Farms Animal Care Center in thanking the Animal Shelters of Toledo by participating in and making this food and supply drive an enormous success. Donations may be made at Holly Farms Animal Care Center 6705 W. Bancroft Street, Toledo, Ohio 43615, 419-841-3323. Donations accepted November 2 thru the 30th.
