UT Jazz Holiday Family Spectacular - Saturday, DEC. 5
Jon Hendricks, Claude Black, Kim Buehler, the UT Jazz Santas highlight the 2nd Annual UT Jazz Holiday Family Spectacular, Saturday, December 5 at 8 p.m. in Doermann Theater on UT’s main campus, presented by The University of Toledo Department of Music Jazz Studies Program.
This variety show style concert will include favorite BIG BAND versions of Christmas songs from the libraries of Stan Kenton, Bing Crosby and Glenn Miller as well as many new arrangements of holiday classics, in swing and Latin. This ‘family friendly’ show will feature new up-and-coming talent from our UT families as well as our greater Toledo family. In addition to the UT Jazz Ensemble and Latin Jazz Ensemble, special performances by Toledo jazz piano legend CLAUDE BLACK, vocalist Kim Buehler, trumpeter Brad Sharp, and of course the internationally renowned jazz vocalist and lyricist JON HENDRICKS will make this year’s UT Jazz holiday concert truly SPECTACULAR!
And rumors are that, Santa might make an early appearance for all the children; so make sure to bring your Christmas spirit!

$25 Premium Seating (center seats of rows A-D)
$15 Preferred Seating (outer seats of A-D, plus rows E-J)
$10 General Admission (Rows K-Y)
Wheelchair Seating is available in the Preferred and General Admission sections.
Tickets will also be available at the door, if available. Students with ID can purchase general admission tickets for $5, but only at the door and if available.
