St. Andrew’s Hosts Chili Cook-Off & Game Night
St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church hosts its annual Chili Cook-Off to benefit the parish’s community outreach programs. There will be two awards for Best Chili: the People’s Choice and the Celebrity Judges’ Choice. This family-friendly event includes Game Night where participants can play card and board games.
This year’s celebrity judges are friends from other churches:
Jane Weber, organist, St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Maumee
Bob Morris, clerk of the Vestry, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, Toledo
RJ Molter, chair of Administrative Council, Woodville United Methodist Church, Woodville (Pastor Jen Williamson of Woodville UMC is the wife of Fr. Jeremiah Williamson, rector of St. Andrew’s.)
Date: Saturday, January 30, 2010
Time: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Game Night begins at 6:45 p.m.
Place: 2770 West Central (between Secor and Douglas)
entrance to Parish Hall from parking lot on Chollett Drive
Admission includes chili, salad and dessert. Beverages available. Adults and Teens $6; Kids $4.
